How long does the show lasts?

Our shows are designed for 1 hour and 30 minutes, divided into two 45-minute sets with a 10-15 minute break in between. However, we are flexible and can easily adapt to your needs.

In what kind of venues does the band play?

We provide music for all kind of events: weddings (reception, ceremony, rings, declaration of intent, etc), corporate events, cocktails, dinners, private parties, restaurants and cocktail bars.

How much does the service costs?

Each event is priced differently, the best option is to request a personalized quote. That's why we offer to have a video call so we can plan together the option that adapts better to the event. Factors such as the ensemble -trio, quartet, quintet-, performance duration, time spent at the venue, adding songs to the repertoire and travel distance also influences the pricing.

How can I make a reservation?

If the band that fits to your event is available and we can define a budget, then you can book our performance by paying 20% of the quote as a reservation deposit. the rest of the payment is made 3 days before the event.

Do you take care of the sound?

Yes, we handle the technical aspects needed to amplify the music and the band instruments and speakers. If you need technical production for a very crowded event we can quote it separately, but generally, we will only need chairs and a power outlet near the performance area.

Transport costs

We will include those expenses in the quote depending on the location and date of the event, as they may vary (for example, train tickets or flights).

Snacks and beverages

We greatly appreciate it if water or soft drinks are provided to the musicians upon arrival for the soundcheck and performance. If the event is long, it may be necessary to provide some food.

Repertoire

You can choose your 10 favorite songs from the artist's repertoire, and even select a special one for a particular moment.

Choosing songs out of the repertoire

If you have a special song that is not in the artist's repertoire, you can suggest it. The artist will assess whether they can perform it.

What happens if it rains?

if there is a risk of rain it is important that the event organizer has another option for the evening , as for safety reasons we cannot perform outdoors if the conditions are not safe. If this happens we cannot refund the amount, but we will make sure everything goes as good as planned.

Cancellation Policies

If you decide to cancel after confirming and paying for your booking, we unfortunately will not be able to refund your payment. This is due to administrative costs and our commitment to our artists. We recommend that you only confirm when you are sure of the date.
